Girl All I See Is A song worse than "All I See" I've bowed to all the other iconic entries so far though. ^__^

33. "Timebomb" (2012)I was obsessed with this song when it was released as a one-off single a few months ago, but it kinda burned on me since then. It's definitely nowhere near her classics, but I still like it enough to place it at #33 on my list. I also love the video, which proves that even though she usually keeps it classy, bitch still got the slut appeal. Girl All I See Is A song worse than "All I See" I've bowed to all the other iconic entries so far though. ^__^ You sound irate. How does Maria make you feel? "All I See" isn't on this list, y'all will deal. I enjoy this song. I play it every night while I'm laying in bed crying. :'( Me too. Oh, you're joking?

I love this song! Besides The Loco-Motion and Can't Get You Outta My Head, this was the 3rd song of hers I loved. I hadn't heard anything besides them at the time, though.

Chart Extra: "Limbo" from Impossible Princess (1997)
All this talk of preferring so many album tracks to singles got me to thinking: why not post them anyway? So I'm going to be posting some of my favourite Kylie songs that weren't singles from time to time as chart extras.
The first feature is "Limbo", a song which Kylie wrote with Dave Ball (of Soft Cell) and Ingo Vauk. No, the song is not a dance anthem about doing the limbo. Produced by Ball & Vauk, the lyrics describe a feeling of loneliness and desperation. Alongside the chaotic production, this song is one of the strongest statements on the album. This is truly one of her greatest works, imo.

These lists are almost making me want to make one. Well, keyword being almost.
"Tears On My Pillow" - Hahaha.
"Timebomb" - Didn't like it at first, then liked it a lot briefly for like 2 weeks, and now it's like a whatever thing. Not whatever in the sense of not liking it, but more so not one of those tracks I go out of my way to listen to either all that much. If it comes on shuffle I won't skip it though.
"Limbo" - Love it so much. Come to think about it... I'd have to say "Drunk" is my favorite track of Impossible Princess. "Limbo" would definitely be in my top 3 or 4 songs of the album though.

I haven't really listened to Hamida Jo Al Mana in a minute, so I'll have to get around to that. Hopefully this one remains cute enough for you in the meantime. I don't know much about Kylie, but if you did a Janet list I'd stan for that ;)

"Tears On My Pillow" is great! I really like "Timebomb" on one listen too. :) "Limbo" sounds okay but I prefer her dance-pop to her ... whatever that's supposed to be.

32. "Where The Wild Roses Grow" (1995)I love this song, but I don't really listen to it too often. I also love the iconic video, which perfectly suits the song. This release marked a completely different direction for Kylie. Collaborating with Nick Cave on this song gave her somewhat of an "indie cred" and set the stage for her most experimental and personal album, Impossible Princess. Where The Wild Roses Grow was written very much with Kylie in mind. I'd wanted to write a song for Kylie for many years. I had a quiet obsession with her for about six years. I wrote several songs for her, none of which I felt was appropriate to give her. It was only when I wrote this song, which is a dialogue between a killer and his victim, that I thought finally I'd written the right song for Kylie to sing. I sent the song to her and she replied the next day.
-- Nick Cave

This song and video are SO WEIRD. SOO WEIRDD. And that is what makes it SO GOOD. "Where The Wild Roses Grow" - I don't revisit this all that much, but this reminds me that I need to. To think upon first listen I kind of hated the album/sound of Impossible Princess, but times have changed lmfao. I just think the video is just great and is so suited for the song. It's really a highlight off of Impossible Princess. Well, more so the sound she was going with in regards to IP. Holy brain fart.

31. "The Loco-Motion" from Kylie (1987)Kylie's debut single, a cover of the Little Eva classic, was released 25 years ago in Australia. I kinda have a love/hate relationship with this song, but it is a very catchy, timeless song that just sticks with you. Looking at Kylie's history performing this song over the past 25 years, the versatility of the song is really impressive. The video is also a testament to Kylie's ever-improving performance skills (that horrible 1991 performance omg), and I am sooooooooo looking forward to the Abbey Road Sessions version.

This song is flawless and should be in the top five at minimum.
I prefer the international SAW version.

30. "If You Were With Me Now" from Let's Get To It (1991)
One of Kylie's phoned-in collaborations, this R&B ballad featuring American flop Keith Washington was released as the second single from Kylie's fourth album. I love it, even though it is another paint-by-numbers generic song from Stock & Waterman (and Kylie, this was her first hit on which she shared songwriting credit), it's much better than most of the shit on this album. I love the video (well, Kylie's parts), she looks amazing imo. This era (along with Rhythm Of Love) was so on-point in terms of styling and creative direction.
Kylie and Keith recorded their vocals at different locations, and they never appear together in the video; I highly doubt that these two ever met at all.

Okay song. Did she record this for an attempted U.S. release, or did she just, like, feel like doing R&B? It's boring as hell but it sounds much more U.S.-friendly than her uptempos from the time.

"The Loco-Motion" - I feel like I should love this, but don't lmao. I mean like it, but don't love it. Out of the singles from Kylie this is like my 4th favorite one. It's a good remake though obviously.
"If You Were With Me Now" - Agreed with just about everything you said.

29. "Chocolate" from Body Language (2003)This song, released as the third single from Body Language in mid-2004, is a smooth mix of pop and R&B. I'm not a fan of the radio edit used in the video, I think it takes away some of the lush effects and vocals present in the album version. I also don't like that weird people-dancing-on-Kylie's-hat shit. No wonder it flopped. Other than that, I like the video. The song is just so chill and hypnotizing, imo. Listening to this while lying in bed > Okay song. Did she record this for an attempted U.S. release, or did she just, like, feel like doing R&B? It's boring as hell but it sounds much more U.S.-friendly than her uptempos from the time. I don't think there were any plans for a U.S. release, but I imagine it was at the back of their minds when they recruited Keith Washington to duet with her. The lead single from the album, "Word Is Out" (not on this list), was also U.S.-friendly with its new jack swing influences, but I don't think either would have been hits. "Chocolate" was originally planned to feature Ludacris, so I assume it was being considered for an American release. However, Kylie didn't like his rap so he was largely removed from the final version. (You can still hear his ad-libs in the background of the song.) With lyrics like "take the Milky Way to your Hershey's Kiss," I can't imagine why. bye *****

"Chocolate" - ngl, didn't know about the Ludacris connection at all #knowledgeispower. Anyways, this is one of my favorites from Body Language, but that means little to nothing seeing how that's my fav. Kylie album of all time. The video is passable, but I just love the groove of this.

Kylie! LOVE seeing some “Did It Again” love. I thought I was the only person who loved seeing her go rock. Also loving the “2 Hearts” love. I know a lot of people weren’t into that song but I was hooked on it instantly. I believe it peaked at #4 on my chart.

28. "Giving You Up" from Ultimate Kylie (2004)
This song was released as the second single from Kylie's career-spanning greatest hits album in early 2005. I love this song, though it's probably my least favourite of the four officially released tracks from the Ultimate Kylie era (the two singles and two b-sides). I also love the video, Kylie's so cute strutting around town as a giant. Hagrid who???
Funny story about this one! After loving Kylie during the Fever era, and even hearing the first two singles from Body Language a couple times on the radio, apparently I completely forgot about her. In spring 2005, I saw the video for this song in an online voting list for a music countdown show on YTV (basically Canada's Nickelodeon), Lord knows why it was there in the first place. I was like... "omg, she still exists!!" and I watched the video, loved it, went searching for Body Language and the rest is history. ^_____^

Chart Extra: "Made Of Glass" (2005)
This iconic song was the B-side to "Giving You Up", written & produced by Xenomania, who were mainly known for collaborating with Girls Aloud. Apparently it became a radio hit in Australia, leading to the single being promoted as a double A-side. I really love this song, it's a shame it was never given a proper release; another case of one of her b-sides/unreleased songs being better than actual album tracks.
