Both this song and Knock Me Down are insanely catchy, current, and very relevant. Coupled with the fact that they are RHY and pop radio is in that phase, and I don't understand at all why people are puzzled that these songs would take off and be top 10.
If anything, I am puzzled at Use Somebody. Not because it's top 10, but because it's having insane gains like Down is.

I really like this song. But this was the third single for pop, right? What was the other song from the debut album that didn't chart on pop?

Was "I Am Not A Whore" ever officially released as their 2nd single?

This song is so damn old. lol. I know lol. It first came out in 2005 if I remember correctly... Um, I don't think it was THAT early. I remember hearing it in the beginning of 2008. I was shocked to see this on the RHY chart. I mean, when was the last time a song peaked on AC radio and was climbing another chart?

I think this is his weakest single. I don't like it at all. After more listens, I am starting to grow to like this. I still think that Undeniable was his best single, but this one is not as bad as I once thought.

This is, in my opinion, out of place for today's RHY. I am also surprised at 3OH!3 getting top 40 airplay on this format, but that one I can at least see a little bit because of the beat (kind of).

Probably my favorite track from Nelly Furtado. I like it even better than Promiscuous.

It should be nearing the top 50 by now, right? Considering that only 16 stations are playing this, and its current bullet (according to All Access Spincrease, which tracks all T40 stations, not just the "Mediabase T40 Panel") is +66, I doubt it.

Don't Trust Me has been in the top 40 for 19 weeks? I thought it was more like 14-15.

she actually was signed to a Christian label many years ago, recorded several great songs, then later signed to Virgin I really like "Never Alone (Nunca Solo)" w/ Jody McBrayer. It was a really great song.

Adds date is still a month away, but radio needs to play this already. It's Top 5 iTunes for goodness sake! And now it's down in the 30s.... this song is not going to rebound without significant pop airplay.

Taylor Swift "Love Story" {First country-crossover to hit #1} No it's not. Kenny Rogers' Lady hit #1 on pop in 1980.

Yeah, Lifehouse from HAC to CHR, You & me entered the pop chart on 4/22/05. It still had not peaked on HAC (it peaked in the summer there - and it peaked in the late summer on pop). I don't know what the official definition is, but I just don't consider it to be. How far did this song get on alternative? And when did it chart? It didn't make the top 20 on Alternative - that I know.

Lifehouse - "You & Me" (go back to the thread on this - no one was predicting it would go past #40) True, but I don't know if I would consider it a "crossover." Where did this crossover from? I am surprised that it is pushing top 15 on pop, though.

The demo is REALLY weird for the AC market. Just way too "hip" I feel. Maybe I'm biased, but Casey was way more professional.
