I didn't think this song was that bad. One of the better ones on the album, Cheryl isn't known for having an incredible voice, but she still held her own and it was a nice track.

I'm going to pick Jewel. Although I didn't find either one of them that far of a stretch. Once Serve The Ego off of Jewel's this way cd got a dance remix it only seemed to make sense
I was never a huge Liz Phair fan but i like her. I just think Why Can't I could have been sung by just about anyone, and Intuition was a bit unique. I think it was one of Jewel's smartest moves to release that song. However the follow up singles were not chosen correctly so it was a wasted opprtunity.
Just the same people are still arguing on the youtube page on the intuition video. 7 years later and people still won't drop the Sell Out song discussion. Same thing for Liz but not as much but it would seem both have made a mark if they are still being discussed and argued years later.

I am surprised Bowersux actually sold as many albums as she did. She is creepily awful. Although I am thrilled for Adele. Glad to see some talent on the top of the charts.

Hopefully she will be involved. If she decides to dress up as the game football! If nothing else just to see Lady GaGa go through a field goal.

Well putting her in the FRED Movie was good exposure to kids, but not many other people were going to watch that movie.
Boys and Girls should have never been a lead us single. Mama Do and Cry Me Out I think were the best choices.

If Jessica Simpson gets the Judging role on X Factor.. she may end up having a huge comeback. I can't see Nelly Furtado making a huge comeback as she herself was never a fan of being in the spotlight 24/7.
No doubt would be nice..
I would also love to see Jewel release a really big album at some point. Not so much a "comeback" as she will never be as big as she was in the 90's but to see her have at least another Gold Album would be nice.

Right Now I can only think of a few
Jewel - Intuition Beyonce - Crazy In Love (although it was awful) Daniel Powter - Bad Day (It's ashame he didn't have another big hit) Natasha Bedingfield - Unwritten Usher - Yeah ( I hate to say it but it still gets played at every school dance, wedding and what not til this day)

I used to not like him up until the Grammys. In fact, I still don't know a full song by him. But so far, I been able to tell that he has real passion for his music, and charisma. Something that all these new male pop acts like Tiao, Jay Sean and who ever the rest are, don't come close to match. So in that sense, I can see what the big deal is. Kind of like Willow. She's good, but it's her desire to make music that is actually kind of appealing. Besides, if someone is making people happy with their music, why should anyone try to stop that. Let him keep going. Even though he is becoming more annoying. This is exactly what I first saw when I started listening to him and watching him in interviews.

I don't think Amazon has a distribution center in Australia. I have no idea if that would be any reason for them not to be there.
I bought a few Mp3's from walmart a few years ago maybe 2006. Some reason they just didn't work. So I got ripped out of a few dollars. I don't know what the issue was but i wasn't trying again.
I tunes I will only use as a last resort or if I need an exclusive. I just don't like it can't explain it.
I might be partial because I've just always had luck with everything on Amazon. Selling my own projects, buying used items, ect, ect. So maybe it's favoritism on my part but Amazon wins.

The 90's had such a variety. Really depends what you were into. I'd like to see Jewel's Foolish Games on the list somewhere. That song still gives me chills..
What about Natalie Imbruglia Torn.. That was everywhere.
Then of course anything by The Goo Goo dolls was amazing in that decade.
I do think Nirvana is quite over rated. Not to saying they are bad or anything. I just never considered them very much different than any other grunge like band. Then again I avoid that kind of music lol.

I expect Taylor's album sales to go down a lot in about 2 years. When most of her fans have turned 17 and have moved on with their lives.

-By 2015 Justin Bieber will come out of the closet. Possibly having a DUI, or some sort of underage drinking charge. He will enter rehab and after leaving Rehab will tell the world he's gay.
-By 2017 Lady Gaga will be in the hospital to some sort of overdose. Not sure if it will be fatal but it isn't she will become one of those born again people.
-Sometime in this decade SPICE WORLD 2 will be the biggest thing to happen in music.
I'll think of more later.

I am extremely disappointed with this. She's going to be 30 before we know it. Why does her record label refuse to let her grow up? I don't care how catchy it is I just can't get into it. Hoping the rest of the album will be better. This is what pop music wants so its what pop music gets. It is a business. Rest assured the rest of the cd will be a lot better-it sounds like she was in a great creative space making it except for WTH. I can live with a radio single to help introduce a GREAT cd. I am excited :) Yeah that's why I'm waiting for the CD. I know Avril is capable of putting out some awesome tracks. Every time she puts out something mediocre there is always a much better song she has somewhere. For example For every Sk8er Boi there is a Happy Ending.

See I liked her before all the "fake fans" jumped on the bandwagon. I thought her first album was brilliant. I was like this girl is going to go far and people laughed at me.
Sadly she got successful and changed everything about herself. Then she started coming out with garbage like You Belong with Me. Which was nothing more than "I'm just the girl next door part 2"

The last 3 years haven't been too too active for me concert wise.. I'll try to think of them Some of these have been on the same show but I can't recall who was with who.
2008 We The Kings Danger Radio Play Radio Play Ultra Violet Sound Family Force 5 (They were so awful we left) The Veronicas Lesley Roy Gavin Degraw (He was just dreadful) Goo Goo Dolls Augustana Apathay Euology Weird Al
Some Local bands, and some bands at hot topic
2009 A Cursive Memory. Friday Night Boys Automatic Loveletter Jewel (Twice got to interview her the 2nd time) Toby Lightman Meiko The Veronicas (Twice) Lesley Roy (Twice) David Archuleta Jada LoveSick Radio Pretty Wreckless Safety Suit Panic at The Disco (They were so terrible live.. Just horrible horrible worst performers ever) Fall Out Boy Blink 182
2010 Ingrid Michaelson (caused some unnecessary drama) Mat Keraney Angel Taylor Beyond Fallen (They are a band from PA here but had a record deal in Europe. Toured I think in germany as well. I got to perform as part of a charity show as headlining comedian, and they were headlining band. So that was really an honor there) Jewel (Got to chat with her again and she talked to our group for a few mins) Justin Bieber Sean Kingston Vita Chambers FeFe Dobson Good Charlotte Cody Simpson The other Chick from Hannah Montana Rocket To The Moon
I think there are quite a handful I am missing. I can't be asked to remember everything lol. Those were over the last 3 years. I could go back the last 10 years but I've seen so many different people I'd get confused.

The Original for comparison I can't even stomach Prince's version. Although I don't like anything Prince does.

Who knows it might still have a chance. I was quite surprised that she actually went ahead and covered this. Even though she wrote it lol. I just love when artists do that for some reason. Write songs for someone else and decide to later record their own version.

This is one of the few songs out there this year that deserves to do awesome. My local radio station was playing it everyday. She was taking part in a concert for the radio station. So they had no choice but to play it. I just hope more stations pick it up and give it some airplay. It really is an incredible song.
