If the differances stay this way starboy will overtake closer in 70 days(10 weeks), but I don't see closer lasting that long, i think it can fall in airplay anyday now.

That's kinda what I'm sure I've said by now - as I said, the AMAs and the album release will give 24K Magic the best chance to hit #1, and seeing as the album is actually expected to sell pretty well, it wouldn't be much of a surprise. Starboy is expected to sell even more, though, but as for that last bit, we can only hope that won't be true.

Guys, you do know there are now two versions of Closer now, right? The EP version probably sapped some of the singles sales, so a proportional advantage of .04 is easily reversed.

For total sales and the digital sales chart, yes. It does not affect the Hot 100 anymore, though.
