Now thinking about it, I'm kinda upset the album got leaked because her streams will be lower now since people obviously already heard it and won't tune in for it that much on April 3rd. I'm just praying whatever boost the album entails is enough to give "Don't Start Now" that final push to No. 1 on the Hot 100. I don't think Dua is at the level where people will seek out the leak all that much. It's just us and atrl peeps lmao. If "Stupid Love" pulled the numbers it did, Dua's album won't be hurt by this leak. "Levitating," "Pretty Please," and "Break My Heart" are my 3 favorites out of the unreleased batch. |

People need to chill. Dua will be fine. I know I contributed by purchasing the boxset and the signed cassettes.
The album is just amazing. Pure pop perfection. Cool is a really breezy bop that you can just drive off into the sunset to. It's a standout for sure. Levitating and Hallucinate are also smashes.

what is levitating and how did everyone hear these new songs already? Someone got the CD earlier and decided to leak the album, and here we are. 😐 I think it would be good if those who listened to it refrained from giving away too many details, or keep it under spoilers, as some of you are already doing. I really want to keep it as much as a surprise as possible. |

^ oh they're real Currently listening, they do sound a bit unfinished {Spoiler}
258 is the comparative to 24/7 lol, a total bop though especially on second listen
Ball And Chain is cute I guess, the chorus isn't that explosive and does feel a little incomplete, great post-chorus!
Bad Idea is a bit monotone
Berlin Summer is very disco but more low-key
Jealousy has great production, it kind of reminds me of Mario lol, a total bop though! Definitely belonged on the album this could be smash
Love is religion is beautiful, its chord progression slays, great melody, sounds like an album closer
Cherry has a great pre-chorus but the chorus is disappointing, vocals are amazing though Some great songs in here! Unsure if these are just leftovers that didn't make the album or maybe there is a deluxe edition we haven't heard of yet?? Or they are part of the apparent "second wave of Future Nostalgia", anyways keeping some of them |

Wow! Dua can't catch a break.  It's been said that "Berlin Summer" and "Bad Idea" are outtakes from her self-titled album and the rest of them ("Love Is Religion", "Cherry", "Jealousy", "Ball and Chain" and "25/8") are outtakes from Future Nostalgia. These five tracks were made before she won the two GRAMMYs and it caused her to switch the album direction, stepping up on that. However, "Ball and Chain" is the only song that could have been in the album. Regarding the album release, it was confirmed that it wasn't going to be pushed back and this was mentioned before the leak happened. Apparently, this is Warner's last major release before they go into a lockdown because of COVID-19 and it's probably the reason why there were early shipments of the album. However, it should be known that the 4/24 release date appears if anyone wants to buy the boxset in Warner's US store, although it's the only bundle with that date − the rest are still with the 4/3 release date and the 6/19 release date appears if anyone wants to buy the album on Target, so this is a little bit confusing. Either way, I assume Dua is aware of all of the aforementioned, so she might clarify this on her Instagram live tomorrow. |

Oh "Save Someone" and "I'm Free" are leaked as well The former is from her self-titled debut album and it seems that it has been out there for a while. Regarding the latter, it was only meant to be for YSL Beauty and I've only seen a minute version of this, not the full song, but I could be wrong though~ |

Damn with all these leaks I'm being served so much goodness
All the outtake tracks I've heard so far are great
- Love Is Religion is her Like A Prayer moment
- Bad Idea reminds me of something Timbaland or Danja would produce in the mid 2000s, hoe anthem Dua. This feels the oldest.
- Ball and Chain feels like it could fit on FN, definitely has the same dance vibe. I love this, definitely can see it being a bonus track in that re-release.
- Jealousy also feels like it could have maybe been on FN, I like it but I feel like its missing something.
- Cherry is another one I definitely like though this one definitely doesn't fit with FN. I really like this one.
- Berlin Summer is a FUCKING bop, this would feel right at home on FN,I'm shocked if this is an outtake from her debut. Though she does mention the year 2015 so.
- Save Someone this definitely feels like it's from her debut, alright song but I find it a bit boring

I feel like the leak won't do as much damage because her fanbase is definitely part of the streaming age and I'm sure most will prefer to stream it on their preferred platform of choice once it's officially released instead of their computers, no? Just my take. Thanks to SPS, I'm sure she'll have a strong enough debut regardless.
