I'm pretty confident this will be "Blinding Lights" ' last week on the charts.

It had a phenomenal run, but all good things come to an end. So glad "Save Your Tears" didn't suffer the same fate as "In Your Eyes", and I'm very eager to see what The Weeknd has store for us next with "The Dawn"! ❤

10 hours since the start of the new tracking week and Lil Baby/Lil Durk only have 3 songs in the top 10, 6 in the top 20, 9 in the top 30 and 12 in the top 40.

I was almost sure songs off their new album would have completely taken over the top 30 by now.

I had my doubts when the single didn't really take off. It's doing ok now though. Maybe the album will do better later today and tomorrow.

The Roddy Ricch single seems to be flopping a bit on AM.

I want to believe the Roddy Ricch single is just an appetizer and isn't his main comeback single because the song isn't it and I don't see it doing much.

It doesn't usually take an entire day for rap/songs albums to start dominating on Apple Music, only songs/albums from other genres take that long. Usually, a rap album won't need more than 6-8 hours to have multiple songs in the top 10/20. That's why I was surprised.

Given the album's slow start on Apple Music, my guess is it won't do a lot of damage on Spotify either. I can see anywhere from 175-250M streams for it's songs by the end of the tracking week.

I haven't really noticed that being the case in a while. Rap albums definitely used to hit more immediately but in the past year or so I've noticed they've needed the entire day to reach their full potential. Even Cole was having a hell of a time getting the entire top 12 for the first half of the day, Wockesha wouldn't seem to budge. I think they're performing exactly how one should expect them to so far, the only thing that's dampening their positions a bit is Olivia's continued strength. We'll see where they're at by the end of the day though, I think they'll keep making massive gains.

sheardbeard It could debut this week on the lower portions of the chart depending on its performance, but it's more likely to debut in full next week (6/26) - I believe.
