Small text looks classier and I might as well since the chart has small text too. No it makes you look like that guy who has all his posts in and that hurts my eyes.
My layout is so popular!

Fine, I'll use normal sized text. Your layout? let's look at some receipts shall we? | 10. | ........Tonight - Enrique Iglasias (feat. Ludacris)........ |
| 100. | Simple Plan feat. Natasha Bedingfield – "Jet Lag"
Kicking off the top 100, we have Simple Plan's first and only entry. The highlight of"Jet Lag" for me is definitely the verses, which alternate between excellent vocals from the lead vocalist of Simple Plan and Natasha Bedingfield in a call-and-response style. The hook of the song is also very strong, catchy and memorable, and "Jet Lag" is all packed together into a three-and-a-half-minute uptempo, radio-friendly pop-rock jam. While "Jet Lag" was unfortunately fairly unsuccessful in the U.S., only managing a #47 peak on CHR/Pop, it was a Top 10 hit here in Australia, and a #11 hit in Simple Plan's home country of Canada. |
2 months before yours. All fun and games though, a basic table isn't exactly an original idea.

| Finally Found You is an energetic dance-pop song about finding love in a club. The whole song feels very happy and bubbly, especially the beat break. I find it a bit strange that while Enrique sings about loving the girl, Sammy Adam's rap focuses more on objectifying women.
Date Added: 2012/10/13 | | The official 2012 UEFA theme song. The song relies on a simple "woah-oh-oh-oh, yeah-eh-eh-eh" hook, but it works. I think the theme is pretty obvious from the title. Anyway, it's very energetic and catches the feeling of summer perfectly. I especially like the trumpets, I think it makes it stand out from other similar songs.
Date Added: 2012/08/08 | | The best song on Halcyon, hands down. It's so artistic and beautiful and did I mention beautiful? True art. The chorus is unique and beautiful and Ellie Goulding sounds so gorgeous and amazing and <3. It has this kind of haunting choir atmosphere to it which I adore. Her label better be smart enough to release this after Figure 8.
Date Added: 2012/10/15 | | This is nowhere near as good as On The Floor, but it does have it's pros. The beat is better in certain parts, and the video is also better. The chorus has to be one of the least original I've ever heard though. "I wanna dance, and love, and dance again". Sounds like something you'd hear in a pop music parody... But it does get stuck in your head so I guess it does it's job.
Date Added: 2012/04/10 | | I'm sure everyone knows this song, so I'll spare the details. I always thought fun., but this song especially was overrated. I take the first part back after listening to their album, but the second still stands. It really is an anthem though and I can't help but sing along whenever it comes on. I still can't at Janelle's contribution to the song being whispering one line a few times in the bridge behind loud chanting. I didn't even notice she was in it for the first few listens.

I always thought fun., You always thought fun. what?? lmao He always thought fun. was overrated, and particularly "We Are Young". Checked out the Cascada track and it's fun! Ditto "Endless Summer" - thanks for the introductions. Good to see Jessie J and fun. here! I generally like Enrique Iglesias a lot, but this track got lost in the shuffle for whatever reason, possibly because I didn't have an album to spin. Nice to see him on the chart!

| "I wanna shut down the CLLOUD/CLUUB/CLROUD" This iconic piece of music was the song that introduced the queen of enunciation to the world. But really, I don't think she's as hard to understand as people make her out to be. Well, on this song at least, though that may be due to the fact that her part is like 3 lines. How good is her voice though? Really it's the only good part of the song. The rest is sorta just like, k Flo Rida is talking, time to get a drink quickly before Sia comes back. It's one of those songs that you can't help but sing... for months. All the time. Jesus. PS: I'd like to take this time to advertise CeCe's cover of this: Link
Date Added: 2012/03/26 | | I don't know about everyone else but I've always loved the bridge way more the the chorus. "Thunder rumbling, castles rumbling <3" >>> "faaaalling from CLLOoOoOoOd NiIiIiIIiIIIiINNNNEEE" + the fact that she can actually sing that part somewhat better live. I like that she finally decided to release a more ballad-esque song, and that it ended up smashing. I was originally against this as a single and thought it would flop, but it's a huge grower.
Date Added: 2012/03/26 | | Ugh, why did Carly suddenly flop with this song? She was coming off of two big hits and this did literally nothing. With a song this good, that's tragic. It might be due to the fact that it's a seemingly cute and innocent song that encourages cheating? Great melody and those synths between the lines in the verses are perfect. Also I can't believe the guy from LMFAO produced this.
Date Added: 2012/09/21 | | Damn. Katy knows how to get a guy horny. I can't help but get turned on when she sings "Better behave or a police officer will have to hold you down, give you what you deserve", and that goes for most of the lines. Well, ok a Nurse isn't exactly a fantasy of mine, but I guess it could work with the right outfit. What a unique topic too, I mean fantasy/fetish/role playing sex? Kinky. Love it. Top it all off with an upbeat, powerful and catchy chorus, and you have a great album track from The Complete Confection.
Date Added: 2012/03/26 | | This song is from summer of 2011, but I didn't discover it until this year. This is another one of those songs where the verses are horrible (not even acceptable, but actually BAD), but the chorus saves it. The weak voiced girl gibbering (is that a word?) her way through the hook is incredibly infectious. That's actually part of the reason why I couldn't find it until this year, I literally didn't understand a word she said except "St. Tropez"

| I know, I know. This is basically the Friday of 2012 in terms of how many people hate it, but really, it's not that bad. Have you ever listened to a song that was SO bad that you started to like it after a few listens? That's basically what this is for me. It's perfect for acting like an idiot and making stupid faces while singing along to it. "Hey yo, baby bop, fuck you and your EP, Who's gassin' this hoe? BP? *insert random shot of Nicki humping the wall*". It's a shame people thought this was supposed to be a serious song.
Date Added: 2012/01/20 | | #54 - Carly Rae Jepson & Owl City - Good Time This sounds like a Disney song... but for some reason is doesn't bother me at all. With this song, Carly's age went down another 5 years, and I'm not sure if Owl City had any cool points before this song, but it's definitely gone now if he did. That aside, this is a feel-good guilty pleasure of mine and is a great summer party song. Anyone else think Adam Young looks really creepy in the video?
Date Added: 2012/06/30 | | Ah, Christina. Who else can scream their way through a chorus as well as she does? This song just makes me want to scream off pitch at the top of my lungs while jumping up and down. Some might call it generic dance music, but I don't care, I love the energy of Christinas vocals combined with the strong Max Martin production, full of beats and synths. I also really like the bridge, it makes me happy for some reason. Oh, and her career is officially over if she doesn't release this next btw.
Date Added: 2012/11/10 | | The first of three Rihanna/Chris Brown collaborations... I'm sorry. Chris Brown is the most disgusting, vile and horrible human being on the planet, but I can't deny that he has a good voice, especially on this song with his Michael Jackson-esque vocals. The pre-chorus on this is lovely, and the mid-tempo disco influences are a breath of fresh air. I also really like that you can feel in Rihanna's vocals how much she loves Chris. Bad choice in men, but at least she's happy.
Date Added: 2012/11/15 | | I first heard this on the Adidas commercial, and immediately downloaded it. It has a surprisingly calm atmosphere for a Nicki song. Something about it feels very smooth? I don't know how to describe it. It also has a positive message which is rare for a Nicki song, considering they're usually about dancing, sex or about how bitches is her sons.
Date Added: 2012/08/27 |
First 50 DONE. These were basically my "playlist filler" songs. Now we're going to get into the real good stuff.

Glad you seem to like most songs on the list! I actually like the three songs I've heard from him, but he seems like a homophobic douchebag. I'd love to be proven otherwise. I know some of the covers aren't official but either I can't find the official, or they look better. It's a gem, really. I can't say anything on Example's favour Regarding the "We'll Be Coming Back" cover, I like the red one. It matches perfectly with the video :) I hope you're calling "School" a gem. If this is true, I totally agree with you! Continuing with your sets, I really like: "Blackout", "Red", "We Run the Night (feat. Pitbull)" (although I like the original version as well), "Call My Name", "I Need Your Love" (Expecting as well with you to be the follow-up single after "Sweet Nothing"), "Finally Found You", "My Blood", "We Are Young", "Wide Awake" and "Good Time". "Call My Name" (which is so much better than "We Found Love") Sorry, Slizzard, but I disagree. "We Found Love" is better. :)

OMG! "Stupid Hoe" is a hilarious song! So good. "Good Time"! And, yes. 100% true with "Nobody's Business." Love the song, though. "Masquerade" is a great song! Glad you discovered it through the commercials. The entire album is great.

Sorry, Slizzard, but I disagree. "We Found Love" is better. :) 0:34 - 0:47 > life. :'( The 15 seconds from "We Found Love" beat breakdown are great as well, but this (11:17 - 11:46) means that life is awesome!

I didn't think about that I didn't mean it in a bad way? Nor do I or was it misinterpreted by the emoticon? I think it was good you associated the transition from "We Found Love" to "We'll Be Coming Back" on Calvin Harris's "18 Months (Continuous Mix)" with Bob Sinclar's "World Hold On". I wouldn't have thought about that and I like the latter as well :)
